  • BIBINJE:
    Bibinje (4.000 inhabitants) is situated southeast from the historical city Zadar, between the Adriatic tourist road and the sea, having a four kilometer coast with beaches and pathways.
    The name Bibano/Bibanum dates as far back as the 11th century. The population always deponded.

  • Every apartment has kitchen, dishes and some other service like hair dryer, iron...

  • We have some more extra services:

    - RENT A BIKE - 70 HRK/24 h

  • HOUSE RULES:
    Welcome!
    We would like to aquaint you with the house rules to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For all information please contact our personnel.
    On arrival day accomodation is available after 10:00 Please leave the unit by 10:00 AM on departure day
    Guests have responsability for their behaviour, and in case of accident bears consequences.

  • BASIC RULES OF BEHAVIOUR:
    It is permetted to bring animals except if previously arranged with our personnel
    It is forbiden to destroy inventory of apartments, cause of disturbance, and obstruct other guests in peaceful resting.
    It is strictly forbiden making niose at period 24-08 h
    You are pleased for responsible handling with apartments inventory. All responsability for damages is liable of tenant.
    For insurance of possible disaperance, damages and destroy of apartment¨s inventory tenant is obliged to leave deposit off 100 € wich will be returned in entirety or be used to refund possible damage.
    Smoking is alowed in collectively rooms, but forbiden i bed rooms. Consider of fire!
    When leaving apartments close windows and lock the entrance door. Turn off all electric devices (air conditioning, etc…) Ineviable turn off the water.
    Just before end of usge of apartments guest is obliged to show apartments for inspection to our personnel.
    Keys must be returned st rent expiry.
    During the summer please trow garbage daily.
    The house rules are integral part of the rent. Guests are plesed to read house rules and sings it as indication of acceptances all of its terms.
    If you have any wishes, compliments, remarks or complaints, pleas contact our personnel.
    Price for apartments for all time when you uisng them you will pay before you using it.
    If you pay bill to tourist agency you must give it to personnel.
