Contents of the Private accommodation Matea - Pula – Croatia:
Object is 30 m distance from the road and there is a parking lot near the object reserved for the guests. Parking lot for more vehicles is next to the rooms and apartments entrance. There is a possibility of parking a bigger (delivery) vehicle.
Accommodation object «Matea» is surrounded by rich vegetation characteristic for seaboard region, for example pines, fig-trees, mandarin orange trees, rosemary, lavander …
Gas station with a restaurant, cafe bar and a store completes the quality of service. It is 200 m distance from the object, and it works 6-24 every day.
Valbandon beach is situated on the south-west coast of Istria, next to Islands of Brijuni. It is 5 km distance from the object «Matea» and 4 km distance from the centre of the city Pula.
There is a possibility of using barbecue grill in the garden.

« Matea» - apartments
The rental of the apartment includes:
Electric power, gas, hot and cold water, daily cleaning of the apartment (not kitchen). Changing of bed linens every 5-7 days and towels and kitchen towels every 2-3 days. Final cleaning of the apartment after guests departure (not the kitchen and dishes).
Every apartment also has got separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, air conditioning, satellite TV receiver and a telephone.

Rental of the room does not include breakfast but with additional payment it is possible to have breakfast in the room or on the summer terrace.
The rental of the room includes:
-changing of bed linens every 5-7 days and towels every 2-3 days
-daily cleaning of the room
All rooms are *** rooms, they have separate entrance, equipped with fridge, air conditioning, satellite TV receiver, radio-mp3 device and a telephone, hair drier in the bathroom.

How to find accommodation object “Matea”:
- driving from Rijeka or Kopar to Pula on the Istrian Y highway, and turning on the exit Vodnjan, in direction Pula West, and after 4 km in direction Pula there is “Matea”.
- if you are driving to the end of the Istrian Y highway you enter the city of Pula and you follow signs Brijuni, Rovinj (you drive towards Vodnjan). From the sign that marks the exit form the city of Pula it is only 200 m to “Matea”.

Pula is the biggest city in the Istria and it offers different attractions to people who like culture. Rich itinerary through 3000 years of history starts and ends with the Roman amphitheatre.
Walking through Pula you will notice many monuments of Roman architecture: Golden gate of Sergijevac family made in 1st century BC, Hercul and Double gate, Augustus’ temple and small Roman theatre in the centre of the city. Special thrill will be resting on the main city square, the Forum, that has a function of gathering since Augustus’ times.
Real tourist attractions are certainly: 190 km of coast with islands, chrystal clear sea and available beaches designed by choice: stone surfice or pebbles for all ages, especially for families with children, or «wild» beaches surrounded by rich untouched vegetation for privacy.
For shopping you can go to big shopping centres. If you are coming to Pula by bussiness, accomodation object «Matea» welcomes you, it is open during whole year, and during winter rooms are well heated. If you own a bigger delivery vehicle (or truck) parking is not a problem.
To city of Vodnjan/Dignano is 6 km distance from Pula. It has a long history and culture but the most extraordinary sight is the Church of St. Blaž. Whole church is filled with paintings, statues and altars.
On the wide territory of Vodnjan local people work with olive growing, so Vodnjan is very famous for its olive oil.
The rest of the places near are: Galižana, Fažana, Peroj, Barbariga and others.
South-east form Pula at 12 km distance are: Medulin, Premantura, Ližnjan, Pomer and others.
To Rovinj is 30 km distance, the city that accommodates a large number of tourists and it is attractive for evening walks, rich with restaurants and discoteques.
Driving on the Istrian Y highway you can get much faster from Rijeka or from Trieste to Pula.
