The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants (olive trees, vineyards, lavender and rosemary bushes, pine trees, etc.) and is suitable for tourists who would like to enjoy a calm holiday away from the everyday rush. It is 100m away from the rocky beach and 300m away from the central pebble beach that is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The first floor apartment has a terrace with a splendid sea view. The car park is behind the house and there is also a barbecue and the open shower in the garden. Each apartment has SAT TV. Ivan Dolac is a small, picturesque village situated on the southern side of the island of Hvar. It is a charming village with a magnificent surrounding scenery, known for its pebble beaches and crystal clear sea bathed in glorious sunshine. There is a small shop and baker's in the village, cafes and two restaurants as well as a pizza place. Regular excursions to the nearby islands are organized from Jelsa. Also, one-day boat trips can be arranged at request from Ivan Dolac. Ivan Dolac can be reached by car from Stari Grad or Sućuraj.
