Bjelolasica the highest mountains of Gorski Kotar, located inside the mountain Velika Kapela, with the peak of Kula (1,534 m) and mountain Klek (1182 m), as well as strict nature reserves: White rocks (1335 m) and Samarske rocks (1302 m).
It is named after a bright narrow ridge that stands out above the forest belt, especially when covered in snow. 7 km long, very steep sides, plenty of large, dense forests sprinkled with limestone cliffs and meadows, and forest tracks and roads linking them in a unique kaleidoscope of woods and glades, providing an unforgettable experience for nature lovers, hiking, biking and other activities.
