Our Villa is situated on a small peninsula near the beautiful and peaceful place Povlja on the island of Brac, Croatia. We offer 2 apartments: the first, named „Ana“, for 6 to max. 9 persons (very suitable for two families with children) and the second, named „Marijana“ for 4 to max. 5 persons. The apartments are situated on the ground floor of stone villa with sea view. Apartment „Ana“ has three bedroms: first with double bed and single bed; second with double bed and third with double bed and two single beds. This apartment has two bathrooms, kitchen and terrace. Bedrooms are equipped with standard furniture. Kitchen contains all the necessities for preparing and serving meals, table with chairs, refrigerator with deep freeze section, stove, dishes and accessories. A large covered terrace is a place for gathering and dining. Apartment „Marijana“ has two bedrooms (first double bed and as option one single bed); second two single beds, a bathroom, kitchen and two terraces. Stone-paved courtyard is very suitable for children and the elderly. Parking is located next to the villa. Barbecue is located in the courtyard and guests are available for free. Particularly interesting is the wine cellar where guests can buy white and red wine, brandy, olive oil, sherry ... The nearest beach is 60 m away. The beach is pebbles and stones. We also offer you: buoy for your boat, fast internet, Wi-Fi, SAT TV (Astra and Hot Bird). In the season 2003 Povlja were declared the most beautiful destination in the category of small tourist places according to Tourist Board of the Dalmatian region. Town of Povlja is situated on the north-eastern side of the island of Brac, tugged in a gulf consisting of about ten smaller bays of which the most beautiful and attractive is The Harbor of Povlja. In the necklace of the island’s settlements, Povlja stood as early as Roman times, creating thus a long and rich history which is now imprinted in the cultural and historical monuments. The Early Christian basilica, the baptistery, the famous Charter of Povlja and the Povlja lintel, dating from the 12th century, are only a part of the rich cultural heritage Tourism and catering are the basis of economy together with processing and ennobling of famous Brac’s marble, growing and processing olives as well as fruits of the sea.
