Dear friends!
We wish to inform you that the recently intensively monitor internet forums, where our visitors (= your guests) talk about you. Also record the letters Newsroom, where many guests praise your apartment, hospitality and fairness ... Unfortunately, you do not deserve praise everybody! You can also find some of the guests who will reveal and critique ...
- I really think it is wrong when your mail box is constantly full, and visitors to our site and your vain waiting for a response. Is it ignoring your way to thank guests who - in addition to many competitors - have chosen your house?
- It is not clear to us that you can from the customer to pay the parking fee or a residence - if it is not agreed in advance? Sorry for your inquiry ... But how can you be indifferent to what your customer thinks about you?
- Or, how your guests can "borrow" their neighbors or relatives - and when they (guests) do not want it?
