About us:
Welcome to the “DP” Restaurant located in a family house, about a hundred meters from the Mrežnica River and 6 kilometres from the town of Duga Resa. We can host 200 guests in our warm and discrete restaurant and a further 50 people on our beautiful terrace.
Our small size is our advantage, as we have time to dedicate to each guest, talking with them, smiling and helping them choose a gourmet meal they will certainly enjoy.
Thorough our endeavours as well as meals from our national cuisine, we offer broached and barbecued meals as well as specialities from our region.
The “DP” Restaurant- an unavoidable destination for anyone visiting Duga Resa and its green beauty, the Mrežnica River.
Reconciling work and pleasure in these highly frenetic times unfortunately remains just a wish for most people. The DP restaurant offers a possibility of spending a pleasant afternoon and evening in a unique natural environment. Meals and home-made pastry recipes are preserved and transmitted with love from generation to generation.
Our usual offer includes the organization of business lunches, weddings and high-school diploma celebrations, business celebrations, conferences and banquettes.
We can also offer the organization of a variety of workshops, presentations and business meetings in a separate hall that is fully equipped with overhead projectors, projection screens, notebook etc.
We prepare and organise wedding celebrations in an affordable and professional manner according to the highest catering criterion with a vast choice of wedding menus that we can create according to your needs and wishes.

We offer 20 kinds of starters, 40 main dishes and 15 desserts. We can also boast a wine list offering more than 40 different kinds of good quality selected local wines. A good restaurant makes everybody happy and the DP restaurant will give joy to all lovers of good and inventive food.

Mreznica House:
The house is situated on the banks of the Mreznica River, 20 meters from the river itself. Made entirely out of wood it is perfectly in keeping with the natural environment. It is 280 m2 in size and has 2 summer terraces.
There is a natural source (pond) next to the house with a stream pouring out of it and brown trout. The lowe part is designed for a variety of gatherings such as banuettes, birthday parties, different celebrations, seminars, work-shops, team building and other purposes. The space is fully open plan and does not have partitions or pillars; it has a bar with coffee machine and cooling showcase and a bathroom with a shower cabinet. In the upper part there are three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower cabinet and two separate toilets. The room furniture is in keeping with the house´s style, and is made of completely natural wood. Rooms dispose of a television, satelite, air conditioning and heating in order to make your stay possible even during the winter months when everything is white giving the complex a special charm.
The house has its own parking lot. During the spring and summer period rafting and canoeing is possible on the Mreznica River and all groups finish their tour in front of the house where a lunch is organized in the heart of nature. During the summer months, the water temperatures reaches 26 °C and is ideal for bathing. Besides the exquisite nature, the extraordinary environment of the house, we can offer great national cuisine.
